Once an order is placed, you will receive email notification confirming payment acceptance, order placement, and shipping notification. Processing time, production and delivery differs from a product to another most especially if an item is made with special requirements. The delivery of any item depends on our working hours by Qatar’s specified timings as indicated on each listing and the country the item is being delivered to.
In addition to the time mentioned above, once an order is received, it is estimated to take as follows to deliver:
Qatar: 2 to 3 days
International and GCC countries: According to the shipment company.
Delivery charges will vary based on location – the charges can be viewed at check out. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper. All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as regulated by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges.
Please note that Custom Offices in some countries may require to provide a form of Identification such as Passport or any Government issued ID before releasing a shipment.
